Second Core Group Trainings for district authorities in Xayabouly and Attapeu provinces were organized during April 20 – 24, 2009. This training course is in a training series that aim to boost local development that initiated by local stakeholders. The training topic in the First Core Group Training is the introduction of RM concept and their tasks or functions of RM. In this training course participants further study in deep in one of the tasks of RM, Regional Management Concept (RDC).
